I have to ask myself this?

Do I really think that Warney, an intelligent guy, fitness fanatic, nay obsessive - is he going to join in the fitness test with his medical dept and see what comes out of it, scientifically? - answer is a resounding yes, will he gamble on that...a resounding no!

As Smiler put, broken bones are easily overcome (and I've also heard that mended bones are actually stronger). Ligament and cartiliedge damage, they're the killers. The ones that take months to heal (cartiledge doesn't) and further months of rehab, then further months of getting over it mentally.

Personally while the majority of the squad do need to be young athletes, we also need a couple of old heads in there. I remember this guy at Bmth too and he was class. Not sure he's the box to box type we need ala Frecks but can certainly pick the killer pass.

Think about the end of the season here...do you want to be getting promoted again so soon - or are you happy with a play offs finish or less?

Promoted for me every time and the following season. If clubs like Huddersfield, Barnsley, Bournemouth etc. Why not us. Aim for the stars.

Not be too pessimistic about his injury. Clearly he must be training and got to pass a medical. No reason as said that broken bones will kill a career.
Worth a shout given his history at and around our level.

Mallik Wilks been mentioned. 20 all left foot. Looks decent from goals for Donny last season on loan from Leeds. Worth considering.

Looking increasingly as though Forde might not be signing according to the Tizer hope so we need a good clear out we need to wait a while to get the right players in I think things should quicken up over the next few weeks trouble is there is that many rumours and we are eager for any information good news about the season tickets should get 6,000.

Yep, there are hundreds out there waiting to be spawned. Give us a clue and I'll let you know if it's fact or fiction. If not, just please make one up. Add some spice to the pot.

Barker said yesterday in the tizer we are looking at out of contract players to bring in. Other option is preferred to me, sell Ajayi, Purrington & Vaulks then the net is widened. Old saying you don't get owt for nowt!

Yates to Swindon season long loan. Good move for the lad. Everyone has an opinion on him. and needs game time and coaching at his age. Which he won't get at our place as there are 4 strikers ahead of him.

Birmingham city said to be interested in signing Ryan Williams. We don't get a fee so it doesn't really concern us.
